Eagle Maids is seeking a highly experienced Senior House Cleaner with 5+ years of residential cleaning experience to help set the standard for excellence in our team. In this role, you’ll not only provide top-tier, personalized cleaning services. You’ll also lead by example and help foster long-term relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform expert-level residential cleaning services that meet and exceed Eagle Maids’ high standards.
  
• Deliver a warm, consistent, and professional customer experience every time.
  
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
  
• Support a culture of quality by sharing best practices and helping newer team members when needed.
  
• Communicate client preferences, special requests, or concerns to the team clearly and proactively.
  

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in residential house cleaning.
  
• Deep knowledge of effective cleaning methods, tools, and materials.
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.
  

Physical & Work Requirements:

• Ability to lift 25–30 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.
  
• Comfortable working in diverse home settings.
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
