Job Overview

We are seeking Entry-Level Live Chat Support Representatives to join our remote customer support team. This is a 100% work-from-home, part-time position open to candidates across the United States .

No prior experience is required paid training is provided. In this role, you will assist customers in real time through live chat platforms, ensuring fast, accurate, and professional responses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat systems

  • Provide accurate information using company guidelines and templates

  • Assist with basic questions, account support, and general inquiries

  • Maintain clear, professional, and friendly written communication

  • Document chat interactions accurately

  • Escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen residing in the United States

  • Must be 18 years or older
