Litigation Paralegal – West Palm Beach
Major National law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to support their West Palm Beach office.
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in all stages of litigation.
Draft and e-file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Organize and manage discovery, including document production using eDiscovery tools (Relativity, Trial Director).
Edit and proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and rules.
Manage case calendars and monitor deadlines.
Assist with deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
Communicate clearly and professionally with attorneys, staff, and external parties.
Maintain strong attention to detail and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or legal setting.
college degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
Proficiency with Relativity, Trial Director, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
