Start Your Career in Mortgages and Get Licensed We are offering an opportunity for motivated individuals who want to earn their loan officer license and begin a long term career in the mortgage industry. This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to enter a high earning profession with unlimited growth. As a Junior Loan Officer, you will learn the mortgage business from the ground up. The focus of this position is giving you the pathway and hands on experience needed to become a fully licensed loan officer. Licensing is required in this industry, and this role provides the opportunity to get licensed while gaining real industry knowledge. No previous mortgage experience is required. What we are looking for is drive, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the desire to build a career in home loans and lending. Responsibilities:

• Learn the steps required to become a licensed loan officer
• Assist loan officers with basic tasks related to loan applications
• Observe client interactions, pre approval processes, and loan packaging
• Participate in training sessions related to loan programs and guidelines
• Develop the foundation needed to transition into a full producing loan officer role

Qualifications:

• Understanding of loan programs guidelines and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc is helpful, but not required
• Past experience with credit unions, lending institutions, real estate, financial services, or related fields is a bonus, but not required
• Possess the intention to complete a training program to obtain NMLS/ MLO/ state license
• Exceptional communications, sales, relationship, and MS Office skills are necessary
