Job Description Insight Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst with a background in organic chemistry, molecular biology, or a related field to support the implementation of a new registration and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) . This role involves gathering/ analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications, and testing new features to ensure they meet business needs. The successful candidate will utilize Jira for managing requests, user stories, and tracking progress. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of RNA along with analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills. This person must be able to go onsite 3x per week onsite in San Diego, CA.

Skills And Requirements Bachelor's degree in organic chemistry, molecular biology, or a related field
Scientific background and knowledge of si RNA, RNAi, and/or RNA
Research experience (in school or an internship)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications Previous drug discovery experience
