**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
Our multispecialty group, **Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton** , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Stockton, California. **Practice Highlights:**
+ Join a well-established, multi-specialty group
+ 100% outpatient practice focused on comprehensive care
+ High prevalence of chronic disease management, including diabetes and hypertension
+ Opportunity to precept family medicine residents (compensated preceptorship)
**Flexibility and Exceptional Work/Life Balance:**
+ Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday; no weekends
+ Flexible scheduling: 5 or 4-day work week available
+ One clinic location, no hospital call
+ Candidates open to working evenings are a plus, though not required
+ Live and work in sunny California, with easy access to San Francisco, Napa, Monterey, and Lake Taho

+ Excellent earning potential with a guaranteed salary of $246,755 - $296,789 / Year for the first two years

**Job Requirements**
+ MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
+ A valid and unrestricted California medical license
+ DEA Certification

**Pay Range**
$118.00 - $142.00 /hour
