Now Hiring: Rockstar Treatment Coordinator

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and self-starting skills.
• Confidence in discussing treatment plans with patients.
• Experience with dental insurance verification and claim submission.
• Ability to read and understand patient accounts accurately.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with patient check-in/check-out processes.
• Friendly, professional phone etiquette.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A fast learner who can adapt quickly.
• Ability to collect co-pays and manage financial discussions with patients.
• Proficient in Open Dental software (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years dental office experience.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and stay focused.
• Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic.
