  • This job is a member of the Corporate Security Team within the Corporate Affairs Division.
  • Responsible for providing administrative support and analyzes invoices and reports.

What you'll do

  • Maintains supplies and forms
  • Oversees payroll and distribution of paychecks
  • Coordinates with uniform suppliers to ensure officers are outfitted properly
  • Instructs each new class on the proper method of filling out time sheets for submission
  • Provides administrative input for various situations that may develop
  • Schedules of all officers, lead officers, and control center operators
  • Coordinates information gathered from the Pass Bureau, Human Resources, and other outside agencies to ensure that office policies are proper and correct

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School diploma or GED Equivalency
  • 6 months Security Services experience
  • Previous administrative experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge of budgets, purchasing, scheduling, and inventory procedures
  • Knowledge of AWA and Security Services policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a confidential environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
