We’re currently seeking a Charity Event Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for individuals who are passionate about giving back, excited by event work, and eager to build experience in nonprofit promotions and community engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of charity and fundraising events

• Engage with event attendees to educate them about our nonprofit partners and their missions

• Represent charitable causes in a positive, energetic, and professional manner

• Distribute materials, answer questions, and help encourage donations or sign-ups

• Track attendee feedback and event performance data

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful events

• Help brainstorm creative outreach strategies to boost community involvement

Who You Are

• Passionate about helping others and supporting nonprofit work

• Outgoing and confident in interacting with the public

• Reliable, organized, and capable of multitasking in fast-paced settings

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Previous customer-facing experience is a plus—but not required
