The Assistant Superintendent will be an integral part of a team that oversees the construction of varying ground up Multifamily Construction. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for project quality control, subcontractor coordination, daily logs/project documentation, safety, and inspections.

Select Responsibilities:

• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Manage subcontractor performance relationships
• Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management
• Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program
• Promote an injury-free job site through safety initiatives and Company safety program

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years' experience as an Assistant Superintendent within Ground Up Multifamily Construction
• Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plus
