Job Description

We’re looking for an organized, proactive TA Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to our Field TA Specialist. In this role, you'll be essential in streamlining recruitment logistics—handling data entry, scheduling, candidate communication, and help to track key metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Administration & Scheduling

  • Coordinate interview scheduling (on-site, virtual), send calendar invites, and ensure all logistics are in place
  • Assist with managing candidate pipelines in the ATS; keep statuses updated and data accurate
  • Enter candidate and requisition data in ATS; ensure data integrity and completeness
  • Serve as liaison to candidates: confirm interviews, follow up on next steps, and address general inquiries
  • Assist in drafting and issuing offer letters or rejection notices, maintain candidate files
  • Help post job reqs, update job descriptions, and maintain consistency across job boards and system postings
  • Support TA team with candidate experience initiatives (e.g., surveys, events, campus coordination)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field — or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years in TA coordination, recruiting support, or HR administration
  • Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Cornerstone, ADP), and strong data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail—able to manage calendars and multiple priorities
  • Strong communication: personable with candidates and stakeholders; professional email and phone presence
  • Competency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with scheduling software or virtual meeting tools
  • Discretion and confidentiality handling candidate and recruitment data
