We specialize in a wide range of automotive services and repairs, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive our business forward. Job Summary The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of work quality and shop safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of automotive services, and the ability to manage financial aspects of the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the auto repair shop
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Manage and mentor a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff
  • Coordinate schedules and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Analyze financial reports and manage budgets to achieve profitability goals
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to maintain shop competitiveness
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar leadership role in an auto repair shop
  • Strong knowledge of automotive services and repairs
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Proficiency in using automotive shop management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • ASE certification or similar credentials are a plus
