Leap Health partners with self-funded employers and health plans to transform how specialty drug and infusion care are delivered and financed—reducing costs while improving the experience for patients who rely on these life-sustaining therapies.
Infusions make up nearly 10% of total healthcare spend and are the fastest-growing cost category for employers and payers. Leap Health tackles this challenge through transparent drug pricing, intelligent site-of-care management, and a national network of high-quality infusion providers.
Our model eliminates hidden markups and delivers claims-validated savings averaging $3 million per 10,000 members each year. Each patient we serve generates an immediate ROI through lower costs, better access, and improved care.
As one of the fastest-growing benefit platforms in employer healthcare, Leap Health is redefining how specialty care is managed and paid for. We’re proud to partner with leading employers, including numerous Fortune 500 companies. Join our mission to remove every barrier to life-changing therapy.
We are seeking a seasoned consultant relations professional to deepen and expand Leap’s influence with the nation’s leading benefits consultants and brokerage firms. As Director of Consultant Relations, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, sales, and market influence—building trusted partnerships with consultants at both the national and regional level.
This is a highly visible role, designed for someone who thrives on shaping the market conversation, guiding senior relationships, and ensuring Leap is positioned as the category leader with the consultants who matter most. You will serve as a bridge between our organization and the consulting community, informing product strategy, enabling growth, and ensuring our story resonates in an increasingly competitive environment.
