We’ll back you with fast installs, a call center feeding appointments, and even help with recruiting. But make no mistake — the foundation starts with your hustle.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
• Prospect like a pro — referral generation, D2D, and phone calls are your bread and butter.
• Prove yourself — start by self-generating and closing your own leads.
• Recruit & build — once you’ve shown results, begin building your own team of sales killers.
• Get calendar support — we’ll feed you call center appointments and new recruits, but you’ll also recruit and coach your own.
• Lead from the front — stay in the top 3 of your team’s closers every month.
• Scale your income — overrides + personal sales = next-level earnings.

Qualifications:
Requirements: • Previous solar sales or direct sales experience required. • Reliable transportation.
• Laptop or tablet for presenting.
• Must have a LEAD from the FRONT leadership style.

• Proven ability to sell, recruit, and train .
