What To Expect
The SIU Adjuster plays a critical role in detecting and preventing insurance fraud by investigating suspicious claims. This position involves analyzing claims, gathering evidence, conducting interviews, and collaborating with legal teams or law enforcement to ensure the integrity of the claims process. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to uncover fraudulent activity and support resolution of investigations. What You'll Do Examine insurance claims to identify potential fraud or misconductCollect and analyze documents, financial records, and other relevant informationConduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and other involved partiesUse data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns indicative of fraudCollaborate with legal teams, law enforcement, and other relevant parties to resolve investigationsDocument findings, conclusions, and recommendations in detailed investigation reports
What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field, or equivalent experiencePrior experience in law enforcement, insurance, or related investigative fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying fraudulent activityMeticulous attention to detail for thorough investigationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and interactions

Expected Compensation
$57,000 - $96,900/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
