Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Shipper to contribute to our Operations  team in Chambersburg, PA This person Ensures that orders are correctly labeled and staged on designated pallets and wrapped for carrier pickup. Follows routing instructions, ensuring that cartons are appropriately received down the correct shipping lines, sealed, assembled, labeled, and wrapped.

What You’ll Need:

• 6 months of consecutive work experience
• 6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard

What You’ll Do:

• Receive cartons down appropriate shipping line, create pallet label, scan, palletize cartons, build pallets correctly, hand wrap completed pallets
• Lifts cartons on and off conveyor to palletize for carrier pickup Correct carton weight as needed
• Utilize portable scanning device to update and palletize cartons
• Print and attach additional shipping/customs documents as needed
• Use hand or motorized pallet jack to transport pallets to machine wrapper
• Machine wrap pallets, attach pallet labels, and stage for carrier pickup
• Perform ongoing cleanup and empty trash at end of shift
• Reading comprehension skills up to high school level
• Writing skills up to high school level
• Math skills – basic arithmetic, addition, subtraction
• Computer skills – keyboard, mouse, desktop, portable scanner
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work safely and adhere to safety guidelines in a warehouse environment
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
• Ability to work independently or in a group environment
• Ability to be flexible/ multi-task based on workflow demands
• Ability to meet and maintain production standards
• Ability to maintain reasonably reliable attendance
• Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work
• Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift
• Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 45lbs during the assigned shift – 45lbs or less frequently
• Ability to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 40lbs force to push during the assigned shift – 35lbs or less frequently and 36-50lbs occasionally
• Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift
• Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift
• Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends
• Exposure to wide range of temperatures

• D Shift 7pm-7am Thursday-Saturday and alternating Tuesday 7pm-12:30 am or 1:30am-7am (7P-7A during peak season

Pay: $20/hour +$2 shift differential
