Job Summary:
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent table service to guests in a casual dining environment, ensuring they have a positive dining experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Deliver food and drinks promptly and check in with guests during their meal
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Process payments and provide change or receipts accurately
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Handle guest concerns professionally and notify a manager when needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Mediterranean/Palestinian restaurant is preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
