PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead the successful development and implementation of major IT initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about delivering business value through strategic project execution. **Job Summary** As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will oversee complex IT projects with enterprise-wide impact, including the facilitation of new spaces and functions. You will be responsible for aligning IT resources, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive results and foster collaboration across departments. **What You'll Do** + Lead IT engagement in facilities-driven projects, collaborating with planners and architects. + Own IT requirements, budgets, and schedules for assigned projects. + Participate in weekly design reviews and act as liaison to internal IT teams. + Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. + Direct and coordinate project teams of 5-15 individuals. + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. + Monitor project scope, risks, and deliverables using standard procedures. + Represent the organization in vendor relationships and negotiations. + Apply lessons learned to improve project processes and team effectiveness. **What It Takes to Succeed** + Strong understanding of how to leverage business applications for competitive advantage. + Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. + Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business terms. + Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. + Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve issues creatively and efficiently. **Experience & Education** + Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in project management. + Proven experience managing people, budgets, and enterprise-level projects. + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred. + PMP Certification preferred. **Why Join Us?** At PDS Tech Commercial, we connect top talent with impactful opportunities.
