Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional patient care over the phone? We're seeking skilled RNs to join our growing team, providing vital telephone triage services to patients of all ages.

What You'll Do:

Provide expert telephone triage, assessing patient symptoms and offering appropriate medical advice based on established protocols.
Utilize your clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to prioritize patient needs and determine the appropriate level of care.
Offer reassurance and support to patients and their families, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience.
Accurately document patient interactions and maintain detailed records.
Collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Utilize your computer skills to navigate electronic health records and other relevant software.
What We're Looking For:

A Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, active license.
A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, ideally in emergency department, call center, or provider office triage settings.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in managing both pediatric and adult patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and concisely.
Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
Compact license holders are highly encouraged to apply.
Willingness to obtain additional nursing licenses as required.
