Job Description In this role, the individual will work on-site several days a week (starting with 3-4 days) to manage patient complaints, coordinate with vendors, and handle incoming phone calls. They will need to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and escalate complaints when necessary. Additionally, the position involves leading a team consisting of 4 onshore members and 8 offshore members, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective communication across all teams.
