Career Opportunity: Regional Manager – Multifamily Portfolio
Location: Central Indiana (Hybrid with Travel)

In this role, you'll report directly to our Senior Vice President of Property Management and play a hands-on part in shaping our operational future.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years in the multifamily housing industry.

• 5+ years leading teams with direct reports.

• Proven ability to leverage technology for asset performance and operational efficiency.

• Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication skills.

• Central-Indiana based, with the ability to travel as needed.
