We’re seeking a Real Estate Office Courier who plays a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this position, you’ll be responsible for transporting important documents, contracts, and marketing materials between offices, clients, and properties. You’ll also handle the delivery and setup of property signage, ensuring that every listing is represented professionally and on time. Your attention to detail and punctuality will directly support our agents and clients, helping transactions move forward without delay. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and thrives on staying active throughout the day. A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and knowledge of the local area are essential. Responsibilities: • Ensures signs, lockboxes, documents, and other materials are delivered or picked up in a timely manner • Conduct weekly property checks in the Central Texas area • Maintain safe driving habits, abiding by all laws • Ensures quality of service • Responsible for ensuring the company vehicles are clean and that maintenance is regularly completed • Making copies of keys • Other delivery or pick-up tasks as requested • Punctuality and availability Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm are required • Adhere to the company dress code • Self-accountability in organizing how daily tasks will be completed • Keep a running inventory of signs, lock boxes, and other items needed to complete tasks • Work together with team members to ensure clients get exceptional service • Keep detailed records for inventory, key accountability, and vehicle use and maintenance Qualifications: • High School diploma or GED equivalent • They must have a valid Texas state driver's license • 5 years of driving experience • Must pass a background check and driving record • Must maintain liability insurance at all times • Great time management skills • Physically able to lift 15 pounds • Ability to operate a vehicle for 8 hours • Great customer attitude and attentiveness • Great organizational skills • Desire to work as an essential part of a team to accomplish client service goals • Positive Attitude and willingness to be flexible with tasks • Be able to communicate professionally • Be able to prioritize task completion in order to complete all tasks assigned efficiently • Willingness to assist team members with their tasks or ask for assistance as needed for the best client experience • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems About Company: Backed by our "Go Serve Big" mission statement, Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty strives to be the best place to work, buy, and sell real estate guaranteed.Our "Go Serve Big" mission is a give-back, pay-it-forward approach for our agents and their clients.
