Job Description

• Drive the solution architecture of Oracle MOM and RTG suite consisting of Retail Price Management (RPM), Retail Sales Audit (ReSA), Retail Merchandising System (RMS),Oracle Retail Integration Bus(RIB), for lululemon's pricing, sales and inventory.
• Drive the evolution and future-state of our sales and inventory platform and its business-driven roadmap;
• Build and maintain relationships as a trusted technical advisor, influencing the technical decision makers for the successful adoption and deployment of the target state for our sales and inventory system;
• Identify areas of strategic technical debt, do the cost/benefit analysis for resolving this debt, and integrate into the roadmap;
• Maintain a current knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies and packaged application capabilities;
• Design and deliver robust and scalable solutions that can support a rapidly growing global business;
• Participate with other architects and project teams to support cross-functional, cross-domain initiatives;
• Ensure that technical requirements are designed into all end-to-end systems solutions;
• Review functional and technical designs with development teams to ensure adherence to system requirements and overall architecture strategy; and,
• Identify and apply architecture patterns, document solution approaches, document selection criteria, help in scoping, planning, estimating and implementation of multiple projects.
• Develops architecture blueprints, roadmaps using Microsoft Visio, Data modelling tools in Oracle SQL developer, TOAD and JIRA

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of deep experience with Oracle technologies with specific knowledge and implementation of Oracle Retail (RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB, RSE);
• 4+ years of extensive experience in integrating packaged solutions using message based, service based and batch architectures.
• Experience with AWS or OCI will be preferred.
• Expertise in developing micro-service and service-based architecture in global environments.
• Oracle Performance tuning expertise will be an added advantage
