At Greencroft Communities, we believe every ride should be safe, comfortable, and filled with kindness. As a Bus Driver, you’ll do more than transport residents — you’ll help them connect with the activities, people, and experiences that enrich their lives.
Provide safe and timely transportation for Greencroft residents and Adult Day Care participants.
Assist passengers as they board and exit the vehicle, ensuring comfort and safety.
Plan routes ahead of time for smooth, efficient trips.
Keep vehicles clean, comfortable, and climate-ready for passengers.
Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Attend driver meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices.
Communicate any passenger concerns to the appropriate team members.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Chauffeur License with Public Passenger endorsement.
Clean driving record (no moving violations in the past 36 months).
Public or private business driving experience preferred.
Friendly, respectful communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and assist passengers as needed.
