We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a major Electronic Medical Record (EMR) transition from Meditech to Cerner at a specialty surgical facility. This role requires someone who can dive into the details while maintaining strategic oversight, ensuring a seamless clinical and financial implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full EMR migration from Meditech to Cerner, including clinical and revenue cycle components.
Manage current state and future state assessments, ensuring accurate data transfer and system tailoring.
Drive project timelines, beginning build phases in January, and ensure readiness for go-live.
Lead and mentor project teams, instilling confidence and accountability.
Coordinate with Oracle (Cerner's parent company) and leverage relationships to resolve issues quickly.
Run calls, manage stakeholders, and maintain strong communication across all levels.
Handle multiple implementations (up to 2 at a time) with potential for 8-14 total projects.

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience as a Program Manager in healthcare IT implementations.
Experience working at Oracle or similar enterprise-level vendors.
Deep knowledge of EMR systems, specifically Meditech and Cerner.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Ability to manage both clinical and financial workflows
Exceptional leadership & communication skills with a confident, assertive personality.
Ability to start immediately and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
