Role 3: Product Operations Manager

Location : San Ramon, CA (Day 1 Onsite)

This role ensures operational excellence across production support, governance, and go-to-market execution, while also managing budgets and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Focus Areas (80%)

Production Support:

• Address production issues and coordinate resolution.
• Monitor performance and SLAs.

DAART (Digital Products Board) Approvals & Governance:

• Manage DAART workflows and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, security, and data teams.

Go-to-Market (G2M) Execution:

• Support launch readiness and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain G2M plans and timelines.

Secondary Focus Areas (15%)

Budget Management:

• Track budgets and assist in planning.

Vendor Management:

• Oversee vendor contracts.

Qualifications:

• 3 5 years in product operations or program management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Tableau.
