Job Description

  • We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and collaborative Product Growth Manager to drive product adoption and portfolio growth within our product organization. In this role, you will be the key link between product, marketing, operations, and risk teams, ensuring that day-to-day product and pricing operations run seamlessly while pursuing aggressive growth targets.

  • Drive Product Adoption & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to boost product adoption and expand the investment portfolio.

  • Metric Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, collaborating with PMs, marketing, and ops teams to enhance user conversion rates.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Revenue Management: Oversee revenue streams and adjust fee structures to achieve a balanced financial outcome.

  • Investment Recommendations: Regularly update and optimize recommended lists for mutual funds, stocks, and other investments products in our offering.

  • Risk & Leverage Optimization: Work closely with the risk team to fine-tune leverage ratios and maintain an optimal risk-reward balance.

  • Operational Troubleshooting: Address and resolve back-office issues in collaboration with the operations team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: min 3-5 years of experience in business operations, or growth strategy roles for a retail business in emerging market, ideally within the financial services or fintech sectors.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with experience in tracking and interpreting key performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including product, marketing, operations, and risk management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for articulating insights and influencing stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools; comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated aptitude for troubleshooting complex operational challenges and driving process improvements.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia.
