Petrus Roofing and Solar is looking for people experienced in ministry, outreach, and service who are interested in using the skills gained in these areas to help homeowners protect and invest in their most important asset. Our onboarding and formation plan for new hires will help you grow as a Christian while learning the business of professional roofing and solar sales. There is no direct sales experience required, nor any past roofing experience needed. The income potential for roofing salespeople allows for you to care for your family while not being yoked to an 8-6 schedule. We provide leads for our sales team, teach them the process of closing the deal, and help them grow individually as disciples.
