A thriving private orthopedic group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join its growing surgical team. This role focuses entirely on elective spine procedures , offering autonomy, stability, and a highly efficient clinical environment — with no trauma or ER responsibilities .
You’ll have access to in-house imaging, physical therapy, and APP support, ensuring a seamless continuum of care for patients and a streamlined workflow for surgeons. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled spine surgeon seeking consistent surgical volume , long-term growth , and a clear path to partnership in a physician-led organization.
Base Salary: $400,000 – $650,000 (based on experience)
Incentives: RVU-based bonus plan

Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Spine Surgery fellowship or training
Arizona MD/DO license or eligible
