Schedule: . Requires committing to one preset shift cadence:

Schedule A

• Saturdays 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm
• Sundays 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

OR

Schedule B

• Mondays 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
• Tuesdays 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
• Thursdays 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Scott Family Amazeum Overview:

The Scott Family Amazeum is a hands-on interactive museum in Northwest Arkansas and is recognized as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. We create a fun environment where risk-taking imagining problem-solving discovery collaboration and exploration bring children and adults together to learn and grow.

Core Purpose: The Amazeum exists to spark and nurture the curious and creative spirit in all of us.

Through experiences with the Amazeum individuals and the community are engaged in building relationships and developing identities as creative curious and innovative shapers for the region.

Learning at the Amazeum is an active playful exploration that inspires curiosity. It is rooted in inquiry-based discovery and involves an element of risk. Hands-on learning opportunities allow guests to exercise critical thinking in the context of play.

The Amazeum facility includes approximately 50000 square feet of indoor space and one acre of outdoor exhibition and activity space. The museum is located at the intersection of Museum Way and J Street in Bentonville AR.

Position Summary
The Order Fulfillment & Packing Associate supports Curiosity Corners online order operations during our busiest season. This behind-the-scenes role ensures guests receive accurate well-packed and joy-filled orders that reflect Amazeum quality and care. The position is responsible for picking packing labeling and preparing shipments and works closely with the Retail Team to maintain accuracy cleanliness and efficiency. This is a fixed-term role beginning upon hire and ending January 8.

Essential Functions

• Accurately pick and pack online orders from Curiosity Corner inventory
• Prepare outgoing shipments including labeling and staging for pickup
• Ensure products are packaged safely and cleanly to Amazeum standards
• Maintain organization of packing workstation and restock packing supplies as needed
• Communicate order discrepancies low-stock alerts and packing concerns to Retail Team
• Follow established workflows and packing procedures
• Model Amazeum values and contribute to a positive team-centered environment

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 16 years
• Ability and commitment to the full seasonal schedule from hire to January 8 2026 (except for Dec 24th Dec 25th and January 1st).
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow workflows with consistency and accuracy
• Comfort learning basic order systems (Shopify label printingtraining provided)
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with team
• Able to get to and from the museum reliably and on time for all scheduled shifts.

• Provide the necessary documentation to prove that you are a U.S. citizen permanent resident or a foreign national with authorization to work in the United State.
• Complete and pass a background check.

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk short distances repeatedly while picking items.

Ability to grasp hold and manipulate small items and packaging materials.

Ability to stand bend and move for extended periods of time.

Ability to life and move packages up to 25 lbs.

Ability to perform repetitive packing motions.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in retail shipping or order fulfillment
Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse workflows
