We support enterprise clients through complex initiatives such as M&A integrations, carve-outs, large-scale system transitions, and greenfield ERP deployments across platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and Oracle NetSuite.

We are seeking an experienced Lead NetSuite Implementation Consultant to oversee a full-cycle NetSuite implementation for one of our enterprise clients. This individual will also be responsible for assembling and managing the NetSuite delivery team while ensuring successful execution across all phases — from discovery through post–go-live optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Leadership

• Lead end-to-end Oracle NetSuite ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  

• Map business processes into functional NetSuite configurations across financials, procurement, inventory, and order management.
  

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle using NetSuite best practices and structured delivery methodologies.
  

• Coordinate with integration teams to support third-party integrations (EDI, banking, CRM, and other external systems).
  

Team Leadership & Recruitment

• Build, onboard, and lead a high-performing NetSuite project team (functional consultants, technical developers, and support roles).
  

• Assign responsibilities, manage workloads, and monitor delivery performance.
  

• Provide mentorship, coaching, and quality oversight for NetSuite team members.
  

Client & Project Management

• Serve as the primary client-facing lead across all NetSuite workstreams.
  

• Facilitate workshops, executive presentations, design sessions, and project reviews.
  

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
  

• Ensure high-quality execution of key milestones such as CRP, SIT, UAT, data migration cycles, cutover, and go-live.
  

• Maintain strong communication with executive stakeholders to align expectations and provide progress updates.
  

Solution Design & Continuous Improvement

• Apply in-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules (Financials, SCM, Projects, ARM, etc.).
  

• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities leveraging native NetSuite capabilities.
  

• Work closely with cross-functional business units and technical teams to ensure alignment between requirements and execution.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of NetSuite implementation experience, including at least 3 full-cycle deployments .
  

• Ability and willingness to travel to Portland, OR as needed.
  

• Proven experience leading mid- to large-scale NetSuite rollouts.
  

• Strong functional understanding of Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory Management.
  

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, data migration, and customization.
  

• Ability to guide technical teams on SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
  

• Strong leadership, communication, and client-management capabilities.
  

• Experience building and managing ERP implementation teams.
  

• NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator certifications strongly preferred.
  

• Experience with integration platforms (Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) is a plus.
  

• Prior consulting experience or multi-client project environments preferred.
