As a Museum Guide - Coordinator, Operations and Implementation - Guest Services, you will be responsible for greeting the public and welcoming visitors to the Walmart Museum in accordance with Walmarts four Basic Beliefs respect for the individual, service to our customer, striving for excellence and acting with integrity. You must be knowledgeable of Walmart history, providing information to visitors about Walmarts history, culture, and philosophies. **You'll make an impact by** + Greeting the public, welcoming and greeting visitors to The Walmart Museum in accordance with Walmarts four Basic Beliefs Respect the individual, Act with integrity, Serve our customers and members, and Strive for excellence. + Being knowledgeable of Walmart history, providing information to visitors about Walmarts history, culture, and philosophies + Performing minor housekeeping/maintenance:Checks for tidiness of restrooms and servicing if needed + Assisting with technology operations and support + Being familiar with operation of hologram + Troubleshooting and repairing any tech issues with interactive exhibits + Acting as a liaison between museum and tech teams + Performing cleaning tasks in accordance with duty lists and standards + Working closely with The Walmart Museum team to ensure an overall positive experience + Assisting in welcoming group tours + Performing occasional Archival duties including scanning of assets, cataloguing objects + Training on cash registers to assist retail operations as needed **You'll sweep us off our feet if** + You have excellent customer service and communication skills. + You have an outgoing personality. + You have 0 1 years experience in retail operations. **Benefits ; Perks:** Beyond competitive pay, you can receive incentive awards for your performance.
