Mechanical Assembler
SmartTalent Kirkland is seeking detail-oriented and dependable Assembly Associates to join our client's production team in Bothell, WA. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble precision mechanical components, perform quality inspections, and support various production areas. Ideal candidates will have prior assembly experience in a high-volume or ESD-controlled environment and a strong focus on accuracy and teamwork.
TITLE: Mechanical Assembler
LOCATION: Bothell,WA
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 6am - 230pm
PAY: $24 - $24.20

JOB DUTIES:
· Building intricate mechanical parts in alignment with industry specifications.
· Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical problems in a timely and effective manner.
· Accurately completing job orders and assignments with a keen eye for detail.
· Performing quality checks and documenting daily activities to uphold quality standards.
· Using microscopes for tasks that demand high levels of precision.
· Assisting in areas such as inventory, shipping and receiving, and product testing when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bring at least 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly or fast-paced manufacturing (preferred).
· Have hands-on experience working in Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)-controlled environments.
· Are knowledgeable in FDA cGMP/QSR or ISO-based quality systems.
· Are skilled at working under a microscope, with steady hands and sharp vision.
· Communicate clearly, work well within a team, and express yourself effectively both in writing and speech.
· Have earned a high school diploma or GED and are comfortable with basic math and language tasks.
