**Medical Device Assembler - 1st and 2nd Shift**
**Job Description**
+ The Assembler I role involves using various tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment to correctly assemble and test medical devices under direct supervision.
+ This position requires precision and attention to detail as you will be working with microscopes and small parts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
+ Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
+ Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer or Supervisor.
+ Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Microscope experience.
+ Small part assembly.
+ Strong communication skills.
**Additional Information:**
+ **All candidates MUST be open to Overtime during the weekdays and open to working Saturdays when needed.
+ 1st Shift- 5:45am-2:30pm (needs to be open to working 5:00am-3:00pm)
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with hand tools and measuring tools.
+ Familiarity with cleanroom environments.
+ Mechanical and electrical assembly skills.
+ Ability to work with calipers and micrometers.
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
+ Minimum 6 months of high volume small part assembly experience with a microscope.

**Work Environment**
The position requires working in a manufacturing setting, specifically in a cleanroom environment 100% of the time at close stations. Candidates must be open to working weekdays and Saturdays as needed, with potential adjustments to shift start times.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
