Master Scheduler
Location: Hybrid 

About the Role:
As a Master Scheduler , you’ll play a critical role in shaping the heartbeat of our manufacturing operations. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules that ensure we deliver on time, maximize efficiency, and keep operations running smoothly. This is a highly visible role where your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction, resource utilization, and overall business success.

What You’ll Do

• Translate monthly SIOP targets into actionable production schedules that align with customer orders and business priorities.
• Balance supply and demand by designing production plans that optimize manufacturing capacity, supplier lead times, and available resources.
• Monitor execution of the Master Production Schedule, proactively identifying risks and adjusting plans to keep production on track.
• Collaborate across Operations, Procurement, Planning, and Finance to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
• Manage inventory levels to support customer needs without excess or shortages.
• Coordinate complex, multi-plant scheduling across multiple facilities.
• Define and track KPIs, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.
• Support leadership with advanced analytics, process improvements, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement in scheduling and supply chain processes.

What You Bring:

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required).
• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• US Citizenship and ability to work onsite.
