One of our companies is currently looking for a Marketing Manager in the United States .

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to drive the execution of marketing campaigns and manage key partnership programs. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in cross-functional environments, has strong project management skills, and enjoys coordinating complex initiatives. You’ll be responsible for overseeing marketing programs, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless communication between teams to deliver impactful results. This position is critical to optimizing operational workflows and scaling marketing efforts across a fast-growing organization.

Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and timelines
  • Manage cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring on-time delivery and team accountability
  • Support demand generation efforts by collaborating with content and marketing operations teams
  • Oversee marketing partnerships, including managing Market Development Funds (MDF) and proof of execution
  • Track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring proper allocation and compliance
  • Use project management tools like Asana, Workday, and ClickUp to organize and monitor marketing tasks
  • Streamline internal processes to boost operational efficiency and marketing impact

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing campaign execution or program/project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with demand generation campaigns and marketing operations workflows
  • Experience managing partner MDF programs, budget tracking, and compliance documentation
  • Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Workday, ClickUp, Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and budget management capability
