**Now Hiring: Magnet Assemblers or Medical Device Assemblers!**
**Weekly Pay Starting at: $21.00/hr**
**What You'll Do: 1st Shift:** **6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Mon-Fri)**
+ Assemble components in departments such as Magnet Assembly (Epoxy Machine), Gear Motor, or Medical/Electronics Assembly
+ Use hand and power tools to build brakes, clutches, and gear motors
+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy in assembly
+ Work with small parts and complex assemblies requiring precision and care
+ Support continuous improvement by maintaining quality standards and efficiency
+ Grow into advanced assembly roles with training and mentorship opportunities
**What We're Looking For**
+ 3+ years of mechanical or medical assembly experience
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints
+ Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and soldering techniques
+ Experience with coiling or smaller part assembly is a plus

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $26.45/hr.
