Pay Rate: $1,550/Week (Traveler Only)
Position OverviewA long-term care facility in Watertown, NY is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a 13-week travel assignment in their nursing float unit. This role involves delivering high-quality care to patients with chronic illnesses and age-related conditions in a skilled nursing environment.

Shift Options:
8-hour shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
12-hour shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Patient Population: Dementia, chronic diseases, diabetes
Charting System: eMAR – PointClickCare
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
On-Call: No
Overtime:
Daily OT after 24 hours (based on multiplier)
Weekly OT after 48 hours (based on multiplier)
Active LPN License in the state of New York
BLS Certification (AHA required)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Long-Term Care or SNF setting
Must reside 60+ miles from the facility to be considered a traveler
Prior experience using PointClickCare/eMAR preferred
