About Signature Sports Camps
Signature Sports Camps operates a legendary overnight lacrosse camp in St. Pete, FL. We incorporate the traditional "summer sleepaway camp" experience with focused lacrosse training. On the field, athletes get coached by Professional Lacrosse players they watch on ESPN, alongside the Signature Resident Coaches, who are college players and alumni. Off the field, campers enjoy the full summer camp experience with excursions, camp games, and leadership development.

The Assistant Director of Signature Sports Camps will be the driving force behind creating an exceptional on-field experience for campers while supporting off-field programming to ensure a seamless and engaging camp environment. This leader will focus on developing dynamic, skill-based sessions that align with camp objectives, fostering growth and confidence in every athlete. By empowering coaches with clear direction and actionable feedback, they will ensure high-quality instruction and a positive atmosphere on the field. Off the field, the Assistant Director will assist in executing engaging activities, managing transitions, and maintaining safety protocols to deliver a cohesive camp experience. Through their leadership, campers will leave with enhanced skills, lifelong memories, and a deep sense of community.
