Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM professional to manage our customer relationship processes and ensure effective use of the CRM system. The role focuses on improving customer engagement, supporting sales and marketing activities, and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and efficient use of CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer data.
Monitor customer interactions and ensure seamless customer journeys.
Support sales and marketing teams in running CRM campaigns.
Generate reports and dashboards to track customer activity, sales performance, and retention.
Segment customer data for targeted campaigns and personalized communication.
Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM processes.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies.
Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and better use of CRM tools.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science, finance Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, Zoho, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, or equivalent).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of sales/marketing processes and customer service best practices.
Basic understanding of reporting and data analysis.
Preferred Competencies:
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools is an advantage.
