GEN3 Electric & HVAC is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our Philly-based team. We install high-quality systems for homeowners and we don’t leave our people hanging.

What You’ll Get:

• $25–$40/hr based on experience
• Lucrative bonus plan (earn up to $120K/year)

• Steady schedule and team-based installs

What You’ll Do:

• Lead residential HVAC installs (heat pumps, furnaces, A/Cs, ductwork, etc.)
• Mentor junior techs and ensure clean, timely, and safe installations
• Work directly with homeowners, project managers, and office support
• Perform start-ups and system tests
• Maintain paperwork, vehicle cleanliness, and professionalism

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA certification
• Solid technical and leadership skills
• Strong communication and customer service
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
