Position: Growth Product Manager

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Growth Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to drive customer acquisition, optimize sales performance, improve retention, and fuel revenue growth. As a key player in our success, you'll develop and execute strategies that maximize impact while staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Planning

Develop, implement, and refine data-driven growth strategies to align with business objectives.
Use analytics and insights to prioritize initiatives that maximize impact.

Growth Tools & Technology Management

Identify, manage, and optimize tech platforms, working closely with developers to ensure seamless integration.
Provide strategic direction on no-code/low-code systems, including ad managers, CRMs, lead distribution tools, and analytics software.

Customer Acquisition & Retention

Design and execute innovative campaigns that attract, engage, and retain customers across digital and offline channels.
Leverage marketing and product strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.

Performance Optimization

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Optimize conversion funnels and retention strategies based on data insights.

Collaboration & Leadership

Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, analytics, and operations teams to align efforts and drive growth.
Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Innovation & Experimentation

Quickly test, iterate, and scale new ideas to drive measurable business impact.
Maintain a balance between innovation, risk management, and resource allocation.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in growth strategy, marketing, or product management in a tech-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
Proven ability to drive measurable growth in customer acquisition and retention.
Experience with growth marketing channels such as paid media, SEO, email marketing, and partnerships.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving.

Work & Travel Requirements

Office-based role with minimal travel (0-10%).
