Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Growth Product Manager to lead our customer acquisition, sales optimization, retention, and revenue growth initiatives. In this key role, you will develop strategies that fuel our growth and solidify our leadership in the insurance space.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Planning:

Develop, implement, and refine data-driven growth strategies to achieve company objectives.

Platform Ownership:

Identify, optimize, and manage tech tools and platforms, collaborating with development teams to integrate and maintain systems like ad managers, CRMs, lead distribution platforms, and data analytics tools.

Customer Acquisition & Retention:

Design and execute innovative campaigns across digital and offline channels to attract, engage, and retain customers.

Performance Optimization:

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess growth strategies, identify improvement areas, and optimize results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, data analytics, and operations teams to align efforts and drive unified growth strategies.

Experimentation & Innovation:

Test, iterate, and scale new ideas quickly while managing risk and resources, fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in growth strategy, marketing, or a similar role in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and strong analytical skills
Demonstrated success in driving measurable customer acquisition and retention growth
Experience with growth marketing channels like paid media, SEO, email marketing, and partnerships
Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
A customer-first mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving

Travel and Office Requirements

Minimal travel required (0-10%)
Office-based role
