Full-Time Nanny Needed for Infant in Santa Rosa , CA $47,040–$53,760/year

A warm and professional family is seeking a nurturing, experienced full-time nanny to care for their 11-month-old baby. This is a long-term position with a guaranteed monthly schedule and competitive compensation. The ideal candidate will be engaging, reliable, and comfortable working alongside two busy parents with varying schedules.

Guaranteed Pay of $3,360–$3,840/Month

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed 120 hours/month (approx. 30 hours/week)
• Hourly Rate: $28–$32/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Guaranteed Monthly Pay: $3,360–$3,840/month
• Expected Annual Salary: $47,040–$53,760/year
• Paid via payroll (open to discussing other arrangements)
• Schedule provided 4 weeks in advance

Schedule Details:

• Core hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Typically scheduled 4–5 weekdays in a row or every other day
• Must be fully available Monday–Friday
• Workdays vary weekly (approx. 14–15 days/month)
• Total: ~30 hours/week
• Ideal for candidates seeking a predictable paycheck with a flexible weekly schedule

Responsibilities:

• Full care of an infant (11 months old)
• Bottle prep and cleaning
• Baby laundry
• Feeding, nap routines, and active play

Requirements:

• TrustLine Background Check
• Minimum 3 years of recent infant/toddler experience
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license (no driving required for the role)
• Tdap vaccination required (Covid vaccine not required)
• Must be comfortable with dogs (family has two friendly large dogs)
• Looking for a commitment of at least 1 year
• Must have U.S. work authorization
• Provide 3-5 professional references
