Seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Fast Track Manager - Financial Services in the Newark, DE market. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments. Key requirements include excellent communication and analytical skills, along with a strong background in overseeing project documentation and risk mitigation. Duties involve managing high-speed projects, calling for adept problem-solving abilities and clear communication. Success hinges on a solid grasp of project documentation and risk management protocols. Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining new financial advisors within the Newark, DE area
• Foster a team-oriented culture among staff members
• Coordinate and lead sales meetings effectively
• Identify and address any potential issues in a timely manner
• Support and drive the growth of the Delaware Sales Office

Qualifications:

• Successful candidates will have a proven track record in sales management or hold a Master of Business Administration degree
• Proficiency in overseeing sales operations or a Master’s degree in Business Administration is a mandatory requirement
• Future acquisition of Securities Licenses (SIE, 6, and 63) is necessary for this position
• Consistently meeting performance targets is a prerequisite for maintaining eligibility for this role
