About the Role:

As an Event Assistant , you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable, high-energy experiences that connect communities with meaningful causes and respected brands. From setup to breakdown, you’ll help ensure events run smoothly while building your skills in a collaborative , fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event planning , logistics , setup , execution , and breakdown

• Represent nonprofit organizations and partner brands at promotional and community events

• Engage attendees in authentic, on-brand conversations to promote awareness and involvement

• Distribute branded materials and effectively communicate key messaging

• Collect attendee feedback and contribute to event performance evaluations

• Provide day-of event support to ensure seamless coordination and execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications , Public Relations , or related field preferred (not required)

• Previous experience (internship, volunteer, or entry-level) in events , marketing , or public outreach is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
