We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our dynamic event marketing team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event planning, brand promotion, and public engagement.

About the Role:

As an Event Assistant, you will support the coordination and execution of live promotional events designed to increase brand awareness and engage local communities. You will assist with logistics, connect with attendees, and help foster relationships with community partners and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination of live events

  • Represent client brands and deliver key messages in a professional and engaging manner

  • Interact with attendees, answer questions, and distribute marketing materials

  • Help build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community members

  • Collect attendee feedback and report event outcomes to improve future performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations preferred, but not required

  • No prior experience needed – internships or volunteer work in events or public relations a plus

  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
