We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Educator to join our growing Customer Education team at Phorest. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by delivering high-quality, online and in-person education to support the brands we partner with to showcase the value of using Phorest. Your mission will be to create and deliver meaningful, tailored learning experiences to the brands we partner with in the US and Canada.
Work with our Partnerships team to design personalized training content tailored to their unique goals and the business objectives of the brands they partner with.
Deliver engaging, high-impact in-person sessions that educate our partners on the full value of Phorest.
Manage all pre-and post-session communications to ensure a professional and seamless experience.
Adapt existing content and training materials to create specific learning sessions for the audience you are presenting to.
Attend industry and customer events to stay connected with customer needs, challenges, and success stories.
Act as a trusted advisor to our partners by offering guidance, support, and solutions that align with their goals.
Sharing insights and feedback with our Partnerships, Product and Leadership teams to help shape future development of this education stream.
3+ years of proven experience delivering in-person training, designing educational content, or working in customer education.
Willingness and ability to travel for up to 60% of the year to industry events and workshops across North America.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a knack for making the complex feel simple and actionable even on stage.
A deep understanding and passion for salon operations, industry challenges, and client workflows.
Experience using Phorest (or similar salon software) is a major plus.
A natural problem-solver with strong emotional intelligence and customer empathy.
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills—you know how to manage a busy travel schedule while keeping things moving forward.
