Our client, a nationally recognized law firm with a strong focus on innovation and technology in legal services, is seeking an experienced eDiscovery and Practice Support Consultant to join their team in St. Louis, MO. This role supports complex electronic litigation matters from inception through trial, working closely with legal teams to manage data workflows, advise on best practices, and utilize tools like Relativity and TrialDirector. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in litigation support, deep familiarity with Relativity (including data processing), and a proactive, client-service mindset. Law firm experience and certifications such as RCA or PMP are a plus. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office.
SummaryThe eDiscovery and Practice Support Consultant reports to the Director of eDiscovery and Practice Support. This position will help manage electronic litigation projects and may provide trial support as needed.
Essential FunctionsLitigation Support (90%)- Manage litigation support and e-discovery projects in coordination with legal teams and other stakeholders.
- Advise legal teams and stakeholders on litigation support/e-discovery best practices.
- Prepare and manage data using industry-standard programs such as Relativity, TrialDirector, Opus2, among other tools.
- Advise on appropriate data collection methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and manipulate data sets to achieve objectives or solve problems.
- Provide end-user training for litigation support software.
General and Administrative (10%)- Update and maintain project management applications as required.
- Manage vendors and advise legal teams and department management on product quality and schedules.
- Participate in ongoing process improvement assessments and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree required.
- Litigation support/e-discovery project management or consulting experience.
- Experience managing data and workflows within Relativity.
- Experience processing data and familiarity with Relativity Processing.
- Strong computer skills required with Microsoft Office, as well as with document management systems such as iManage.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Education & Experience- Law firm experience preferred.
- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) preferred.
- Advanced data analytics experience preferred.
- Project management certifications (PMP, for example) preferred.
