We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. Job Description:
The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the technology infrastructure and providing technical assistance to end-users. Responsibilities include:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Provide timely support for software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity issues.
Respond to and resolve IT service requests and incidents, escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and procedures in the IT service management system.
Collaborate with IT team members to implement technology upgrades and improvements.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Assist in setting up workstations, deploying software updates, and managing hardware inventory.
The Desktop Support Engineer will serve as a key point of contact for end-users, ensuring technology solutions are reliable and efficient. This role emphasizes the Desktop Support Engineer 's responsibility in providing exceptional technical support and maintaining system stability.
